倫敦和南達科他州蘇福爾斯2021年6月23日 /美通社/ -- 凱斯紐荷蘭工業集團（紐交所:CNHI/米蘭證交所:CNHI）宣布，與美國精準農業技術領導者 Raven工業公司（納斯達克: RAVN）達成協議，以每股 58 美元的價格收購其100%股權。收購價格較 Raven工業公司 4周成交量加權平均股價溢價 33.6%，總收購金額達到21 億美元。凱斯紐荷蘭工業集團將以現金方式支付本次交易。交易預計在2021年第四季度完成，取決于滿足通常的交割條件，包括獲得Raven工業公司股東和監管機構的批準。
